Introduction to Mindfulness Practice

Intended Audience: Anyone and everyone interested in learning about mindfulness practice. No prior experience needed.

Time: 10am-11am (PST)

Description: Workshop will include a brief presentation on what is mindfulness practice, science/research behind the practice, benefits of the practice, and how to apply the practice to daily living. Participants will be offered guided meditation practice.

Participant Preparation: Please join from a quiet place without distraction (no driving please). You will be asked to turn on your camera.
